Bianca Elkington

Bianca Elkington is a senior leader with experience across education, employment, iwi development and community-led initiatives. As General Manager of Education and Employment at Ngāti Toa Rangatira, she is passionate about creating opportunities for whānau and rangatahi and supporting communities to shape their own futures.

Bianca is currently undertaking a PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Otago, exploring iwi-led education, structural change and mana motuhake. She also brings governance experience across community and kaupapa-focused organisations. A wife, mum and grandmother, Bianca values whānau, strong relationships, good conversations and creating meaningful opportunities for the next generation to thrive.
